Terms of service

Terms of sale

Thin King is operated by Gordito Works OÜ, Lai 9-15, 10133 Tallinn, Estonia. Contact us at contact@thinkingcardcase.com or +372 56869659. These terms apply to purchases from our online store; separately agreed business orders may have different terms.

Prices, VAT and payment

Prices and currency are shown in the store. VAT treatment depends on the delivery destination. The final amount, including applicable taxes, shipping and any import charges we collect, is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. Price changes do not alter an order already accepted.

Delivery and import charges

We dispatch from Estonia. Delivery services and charges are shown at checkout; see our Shipping page for details. US orders use DHL Express only, with applicable import duties and taxes collected at checkout. Other international orders may incur charges payable to the carrier or customs if these were not collected at checkout.

14-day right of withdrawal

For a standard consumer purchase, tell us clearly by email or post within 14 days after receiving the goods if you wish to cancel. Include your name, order number and the items concerned. You do not have to give a reason. Send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us; contact us for return instructions. You pay the direct return shipping cost for a change-of-mind return. We do not accept cash-on-delivery returns.

Condition and refunds

You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. You may be responsible for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Original packaging is helpful but is not a condition of your statutory withdrawal right. We refund the price and the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice, using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first. Additional charges for a more expensive delivery option are not refunded.

Personalised products and faulty goods

The statutory change-of-mind right does not normally apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you. This does not affect rights concerning faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Under Estonian consumer law, the seller is responsible for non-conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. Tell us about a defect as soon as possible and within two months of discovering it. We bear necessary costs of a valid defect claim; the appropriate remedy may be repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund as provided by law.

Uncollected parcels and complaints

Not collecting a parcel is not, by itself, a withdrawal notice. Contact us so we can agree the next step. Any claim for additional costs must be reasonable, documented and permitted by law. We respond to written consumer complaints within 15 days. If a dispute remains unresolved, eligible consumers may contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee or their European Consumer Centre, without losing the right to go to court.

Applicable law

Estonian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of residence. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory consumer rights. Updated terms apply to future orders and do not retroactively change accepted orders.
