 1. Free worldwide shipping

We ship everywhere in the world and the shipping fees are already included in the price.

2. Fast delivery

We ship using  Omniva trackable postal service (Estonian post) for all deliveries and we ship to virtually any address in the world. The purchased products will normally be sent out within a couple of business days.


Orders to Finland are sending via Itella SmartPost service.

Delivery time depends on the size and weight of the delivery, and where the order is going. Your products will be sent directly to your address.

Larger shipments have to be collected at your local post office. We make reservations for the liability of delays caused by any third parties in supply chain. If there are any problems of the shipment, please contact us and we will sort it out.

3. Carrier

We are using trackable service of Omniva Ltd. (Estonian Post). Please note: Unfortunately tracking is not working completely to all the countries in the world because of difference postal systems between countries.

Carrier to Finland is Itella SmartPost.

4. Confirmation

An order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address as soon as we receive your order. We recommend that you save the order confirmation to be of help in case you should ever need to contact Gordito Works Ltd´s customer service regarding an issue with your shipment.

5. Payment options

We accept VISA (Credit/Debit), VISA Electron, MasterCard (Credit/Debit), American Express and Paypal.

Credit card payments are processed using the PayPal secured payment gateway. International verification services Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode are used to identify the cardholder. We do not collect any credit card information or store it on our site.

Note non EU customer :  The VAT 20% (vat=value added tax) will be deducted on all orders outside of European Union in the Checkout phase. 

6. Transportation

Gordito Works Ltd  accepts the economic responsibility if products are damaged or missing during transport. However, you are required to contact our Customer Service within 14 days. The economic responsibility is yours if products are missing during the return transport.
