Shipping policy

Shipping

We ship from Estonia. Available delivery services and shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

DHL delivery

DHL GlobalMail provides tracked standard delivery where available. Eligible orders of two or more items receive free GlobalMail delivery; purchased gift cards count toward the two-item minimum. Any other free delivery options are shown at checkout. DHL Express is a paid, tracked express service.

United States

Orders to the United States are shipped only with DHL Express. Applicable US import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout before payment. DHL GlobalMail is not available for US deliveries.

Import duties and taxes

Orders delivered outside the EU may incur import duties and taxes. Any import charges collected at checkout are shown before payment. Charges not collected at checkout may be requested by the carrier or customs before or upon delivery.

Tracking and support

Tracking details are provided after dispatch. Delivery times vary by destination and service, and customs clearance can cause delays. Please contact us with your order number if you need help.
