What kind of cards can I fit in my Thin King card case?

You can fit in any card that is the size of credit card like drivers license, ID-card, hotel key card, etc.

How many cards does a Thin King card holder fit?

This King holds1- 6 embossed credit cards, a couple more if they are not embossed. Thanks to the unique grip system the cards will not fall out but are very easy to take out. 

Do you have card holders for women?

Of course we do, actually all our credit card cases are for women and men equally. Think King comes in many different color and graphics variants and you just need to choose the one that pleases your eye and fits your personal style.

How is it possible the cards don't just fall out?

Thanks to our genius built-in grip system there is no risk of cards falling out and getting lost. Not even if you insert just one card, it just won't fall. We have tested this countless times, it is actually quite fantastic how well it works.

What is Thin King credit card holder made of?

Thin King credit card cases are made of high quality, light and durable, anodized aluminum. The inbuilt grip system that keeps all your cards secured is made of plastic and rubber. The structure is very simple and tough. All parts are recyclable and no animal based materials have been used, Thin King is the perfect vegan wallet.

What is skimming and scanning?

Skimming and scanning are terms for stealing your credit card information with a scanner. This usually applies to RFID and NFC cards. What does RFID mean you want to ask? Radio-frequency identification (RFID) is the use of a wireless non-contact system that uses radio-frequency electromagnetic fields to transfer data from a tag attached to an object, for the purposes of automatic identification and tracking. Guess what, basically all new cards use this technology and can therefore be scanned and skimmed by people with bad intentions. The information on your cards is yours and should stay that way.

A criminal can scan your pockets and steal your credit card information without you noticing anything. Thin King card holders cover is made of metal, and therefore it blocks any skimming and scanning attempts. Thin King is safe!

For the same reason you can’t use your travel card, like London´s Oyster card or Bangkok´s Rabbit card without taking it out of your Thin King wallet. We know it is bit of a pain but for us the choice was easy, we want the security.

Is there magnet inside?

There are no magnetic parts in any of our card cases.  Mechanism is made out of plastic and rubber. Thin King is very gentle and won’t harm you or your cards in any way.

What is Thin King card case made of?

Thin King card holders are made of anodized aluminum. It is a really thin coating that enables the metal to shine through the color. The treatment also protects aluminium from oxidizing. How to keep my Thin King looking good?

You can keep your Thin King clean by wiping it with damp cloth and washing under running water, but it is nice to know that washing machine won’t harm it if you happen to forget it in your pocket– we have tested it by accident, no ham done. Hard and sharp objects like keys or stones in a same pocket may scratch Thin King´s surface but a bit of patina may just bring extra character to your trustworthy companion.

Will it blend?

We wouldn’t try. So keep your Thin King away from those nasty kitchen blenders. Smoothies taste a lot better without the aluminum. However, if you decide to try, please send us the video!

Can Thin King take brutal handling?

Of course it can! Once we drove a big van over it without breaking it nor the cards inside it, it was kind of fun but we did not manage to break anything. Thin King’s mechanism has also been tested by a ruthless robot wanking and yanking it back and forth 10 000 times, before it got bored and started yanking something else. You can feel confident with your Thin King climbing to the top of Mount Everest, hiking in the jungle or diving at the Great Barrier Reef or visiting the roughest bars in New York. Thin King is a perfect travel accessory, a true everyday carry for people on the move. 

Thin King limited replacement warranty?

Thin King has limited one year replacement warranty concerning defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use. This limited warranty excludes normal tear and wear.
